Our podcast is dedicated to caregivers who are primarily women – wives, spouses, daughters, moms, granddaughters, and nieces. These amazing individuals often feel overwhelmed, stressed, stuck, burnt out, guilty, and lonely as they navigate their caregiving journeys. They recognize the need to show up as their best selves and are eager to make positive changes and shift their mindsets.

Our listeners may be working a job, running a business, or enjoying retirement. Despite their diverse backgrounds, they all share the challenge of juggling multiple responsibilities – from managing a home to balancing work and caregiving duties. They often feel a sense of loneliness and nostalgia for their old lives.
